Baking cookies in your car... seriously!

I came across this post yesterday, thought it was hilarious!

I am curious to try it, though! I'll have to do it on Saturday when I'm not working all day.

Anyone else want to try this with me???

Some picture boothin' fun!

Ben and I went on a double date with his best friend, Tom and his girlfriend. I, of course, forgot my camera, but we did get picture booth pictures!

We went out to dinner at Temari, a sushi place. It was pretty good for a decent price. My favorite thing about the place was instead of the just traditional fortune cookie, they give one scoop of ice cream that has fruit in it with a fortune cookie on top. It was soo good! It was nice to get a little dessert without having to pay for it.

We went over to Tom's parents house to pick something up, but stayed awhile to visit with them. They are such sweet people, I love being around them, you can't help but be happy around them.

Next the 4 of us headed over to the bowling alley to go bowling only to find out it was an hour and a half wait! We didn't really want to wait that long. Sooo, instead we hit the arcade they had at the alley and wasted 20 bucks being silly and taking booth pictures.

Planting one step at a time...

My mother-in-law, gave us some of her plants from her beautiful garden/backyard. We planted them tonight in attempt to make our back yard look better.

I know it may not look like much, but I already love my backyard more with these plants! So far these are the only plants we have in our backyard (with the exception of grass).

We don't have very many plants not because we're lazy about planting (okay maybe we are a litte bit :-D) but Bella (our 1-year old pit-bull) loves to dig!!! Well that it is until I found this stuff:

This stuff work miracles! If any of you have pets that dig in your backyard, this spray (which is bottled in recycled soda bottles, talk about going green!) will deter them. You can get it at Petco.
