We're still arranging things in our apartment so that it'll eventually look like we live there and not just moving in. My original plan was to be all moved in and organized before we got married so that we wouldn't have anything to worry about after the honeymoon. So we moved most of our stuff a couple of weeks before the wedding, but now 3-4 weeks later, about half of our stuff are still in boxes. But I'm really liking our apartment and I think we're pretty much set, except for kitchen utensils and a couch. So if any of you guys know of anyone selling a couch in a decent shape for a decent price, let me know!
Once I have the apartment a little more cleaned up, I'll get pictures up.
Sunday was our first day in our new ward and Ben & I really like it, everyone has been very friendly and welcoming so far! And there's also a good mixture of older families to younger families and I'm really looking forward to getting a calling and getting to know the ward.

glad to hear that all is going well. it always takes a little while to get setteled in to a new place, but sharing it with someone else for the first time makes it a little harder. it's so much fun getting to know each other in a different way... isn't it!? i loved the first year. a lot of people told me that was going to be the hardest... and if that's true then i will have no problem the next 50 years. lol good luck to you both. let me know if their is ANYTHING you guys still need.
Hey....glad to hear you are getting settled in. It is sooo much fun. You gotta get used to a few little things, but like Laura said, I don't know who said the first year is the hardest...because if it was(is)...then wow, I am going to have one easy, amazing life...lol. First year was sooo awesome, amazing, and went by way too fast!! I wish it couldv'e lasted longer. Well, what kind of kitchen utensils do you need??? let me know!!! and as for the couch, go to Goodwill, or DI. and then recover them. If you need help recovering them, I will ask my mom if she wants to help me do it, it is pretty easy and if you find really cute fabric, turns out sooo dang goood!! So please let me know Megs!!
Hey! First... I'm so glad you are married to my brother!! I wouldn't say he's the EASIEST person to live with (haha, j.k.) but he sure does have some good qualities. And so do you! You guys will have a great first year... and many more I'm sure! My first year wasn't perfect, I don't do well with change so all of the little adjustments kind of drove me crazy. But I will say that it gets better and better ALL the time. Oh my gosh, I'm writing way too much.
